天晟新材(300169.SZ)：擬增加經營範圍“高性能有色金屬及合金材料銷售”等
格隆匯4月13日丨天晟新材(300169.SZ)公佈，根據公司的實際經營情況及戰略規劃，持股3%以上股東吳海宙提議增加公司經營範圍並修改《公司章程》中的相關條款，具體如下：
1、變更前的經營範圍：
高性能膜材料、膠帶用紙製品的印刷、膠粘製品、光電材料、特種功能及新型複合材料、新型牆體材料、保温材料、建築用隔熱及吸聲材料的研發、生產和銷售；塑料製品、橡膠製品製造(限分支機構經營)；現代軌道交通車輛整體制造設計；軌道交通信號系統、通信及綜合監控系統及設備的設計、製造及銷售自產產品，提供與上述業務有關的技術諮詢，提供相關係統和產品的設計集成、工程承包、安裝、售後及維修服務；軌道車輛配件、載馬掛車、旅居車、營地車、旅居掛車及其零部件、車載配套設施、船舶配件、機械零部件、機電設備及金屬製品的生產、加工及銷售；化工原料、普通機械銷售；旅遊項目及汽車露營地的投資、運營、加盟及管理；木屋、户外用品和自駕遊產品的代理、銷售及保養和租賃；房屋及設備租賃；技術諮詢服務；自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務(國家限定企業經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外)。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
2、變更後的經營範圍：
高性能膜材料、膠帶用紙製品的印刷、膠粘製品、光電材料、特種功能及新型複合材料、新型牆體材料、保温材料、建築用隔熱及吸聲材料的研發、生產和銷售；塑料製品、橡膠製品製造(限分支機構經營)；現代軌道交通車輛整體制造設計；軌道交通信號系統、通信及綜合監控系統及設備的設計、製造及銷售自產產品，提供與上述業務有關的技術諮詢，提供相關係統和產品的設計集成、工程承包、安裝、售後及維修服務；軌道車輛配件、載馬掛車、旅居車、營地車、旅居掛車及其零部件、車載配套設施、船舶配件、機械零部件、機電設備及金屬製品的生產、加工及銷售；化工原料、普通機械銷售；旅遊項目及汽車露營地的投資、運營、加盟及管理；木屋、户外用品和自駕遊產品的代理、銷售及保養和租賃；房屋及設備租賃；技術諮詢服務；自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務(國家限定企業經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外)；高性能有色金屬及合金材料銷售；煤炭及製品銷售；建築材料銷售；第二類醫療器械銷售；第三類醫療器械經營。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
