天健集團(000090.SZ)發佈骨幹員工長效激勵約束方案
格隆匯4月13日丨天健集團(000090.SZ)發佈骨幹員工長效激勵約束方案,為貫徹落實建設先行示範區和國資國企綜合改革方案精神,落實“上市公司+”戰略,進一步深化市場改革,完善市場化激勵機制,更好地構建員工與企業利益、命運共同體,推動公司實現戰略轉型、升級,實現更高質量、跨越式發展,天健集團擬針對2016年1月1日後招調(升任)的集團領導及中層管理幹部等骨幹員工實施激勵約束方案。
激勵公司在做好短期經營業績的同時,謀劃戰略發展,實現激勵收入與公司業績高度掛鈎。
參加本期激勵約束方案的員工為2016年1月1日後招調或升任為集團領導、中層管理幹部等骨幹員工,共16人。
公司員工參與本激勵約束方案的資金來源為其合法薪酬、自籌資金以及法律法規允許的其他方式,公司不存在向員工提供財務資助或為其貸款提供擔保的情況。
本激勵約束方案籌集資金上限為1000萬份,以“份”作為認購單位,每份份額的初始認購價格為人民幣1.00元。
本激勵約束方案提交集團董事會審議、股東大會審議通過後6個月內,通過員工持股平台從二級市場完成天健集團股票的購買。
員工持股平台由公司自行管理,公司註冊證券賬號成立員工持股平台。參加對象將資金轉入指定賬號,持股平台由授權人從二級市場購買天健集團股票,並鎖定24個月。
