格隆匯4月13日丨特變電工(600089.SH)發佈2019年年度報告，營業收入369.80億元，同比減少6.75%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤20.18億元，同比減少1.44%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤15.96億元，同比減少16.29%；基本每股收益0.4695元；擬每10股派現金1.65元(含税)。
報告期，公司變壓器產品營業收入較上年同期下降7.49%，營業成本較上年同期下降5.05%，毛利率較上年同期減少2.17個百分點，主要系市場競爭加劇、毛利率水平較高的直流變壓器產品收入下降所致。
報告期，公司電線電纜產品營業收入較上年同期下降1.74%，主要系市場競爭加劇所致；營業成本較上年同期下降6.80%，毛利率較上年同期增長4.81個百分點，主要系公司加強市場訂單管理及加強成本管控所致。
報告期，公司新能源產業及配套工程營業收入較上年同期下降27.67%，營業成本較上年同期下降25.98%，毛利率較上年同期減少1.89個百分點，主要系多晶硅產品價格較上年同期大幅下降以及公司新能源EPC工程規模下降所致。
報告期，公司輸變電成套工程營業收入較上年同期下降10.39%，營業成本較上年同期下降11.77%，毛利率較上年同期增加1.02個百分點，主要系公司輸變電成套項目新開工項目處於前期階段，完工進度較少以及繼續加強工程成本管控所致。
報告期，公司貿易營業收入較上年同期下降11.80%，營業成本較上年同期下降11.47%，毛利率較上年同期減少0.36個百分點，主要系公司持續圍繞主業做精做優貿易業務所致。
報告期，公司電費營業收入較上年同期增長8.21%，營業成本較上年同期增長10.27%，毛利率較上年同期減少0.95個百分點，主要系公司新疆準東五彩灣北一電廠2×660MW項目2019年四季度投運所致。
報告期，公司煤炭產品營業收入較上年同期增長31.87%，營業成本較上年同期增長23.31%，毛利率較上年同期增加5.16個百分點，主要系公司積極開拓市場及煤炭價格上漲所致。
