天沃科技(002564.SZ)：2019年度淨利潤降43.18%至4239.19萬元
格隆匯4月13日丨天沃科技(002564.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入107.79億元，同比增長39.99%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4239.19萬元，同比下降43.18%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4643.47萬元，同比下降38.15%；基本每股收益0.060元。
報告期，在董事會的領導及控股股東上海電氣的大力支持下，公司管理團隊勤勉盡職，公司圍繞“打造國際一流的清潔能源工程綜合服務商、智能化服務的高端裝備核心供應商、國防科工建設的重要力量”的戰略部署，持續推進主營業務穩健發展，加大市場開拓力度，着力優化管理體系建設，加強風險控制，有效激發公司活力和競爭力，較好地完成了2019年度各項工作。同時，公司積極加強與控股股東上海電氣協同發展，控股股東上海電氣為公司在資金、市場、技術和品牌形象等方面提供了強大的支撐，公司迎來重大發展契機。
總體來看，一方面公司營業總收入同比增長較多，尤其是風電項目，整體營業收入同比增長近60%。同時，公司能源服務工程及高端裝備製造板塊訂單的市場佔比不斷提升。另一方面，由於陸風項目搶裝潮引起風機供貨不及時、進而導致公司資金佔用成本增加，這些因素對本期利潤造成了不利影響。
本年度，公司獲評口碑榜“最具成長性高端製造產業上市公司”稱號；公司控股子公司中機電力取得電力工程施工總承包壹級資質、獲評“上海市生產性服務業優秀示範企業”、挺進“全球最大250強國際承包商”排名；公司全資子公司張化機榮獲“中國化工裝備行業突出貢獻單位”、再次創造了國內單台日產最高的海水淡化設備製造記錄；公司控股子公司紅旗船廠成功完成實尺度潛艇模型的建造，實現了在海軍科研產品領域零的突破；公司全資子公司玉門鑫能5萬千瓦光熱發電總承包項目獲2019年度上海市產業轉型升級(總集成總承包)專項資金支持。這些成績凝結着2019年天沃人的心血和汗水，標誌着公司發展站上新台階。
