海洋王(002724.SZ)：2019年度淨利潤升35.46%至2.57億元 擬10派1元
格隆匯4月13日丨海洋王(002724.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入14.95億元，同比增長19.26%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.57億元，同比增長35.46%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.22億元，同比增長42.84%；基本每股收益0.3574元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利1元(含税)。
2019年，在複雜的國際貿易局勢，嚴峻的宏觀經濟形勢和變革的產業發展格局下，公司繼續聚焦工業照明領域，深挖新需求下的潛力市場，以技術驅動發展，深入推進照明產品與互聯網、物聯網技術相結合，致力於為客户提供更優質的服務，加快企業智能化、服務化戰略轉型升級，拓展國內外新市場。
(一)開拓核電照明新市場，為業務版圖擴容
為滿足國內用電量增長、抑制平均能耗上升的需求，核電等清潔能源的供電比例將進一步提高。公司具有耐輻照認證的LED燈具通過了在核島中長達18個月的試用期，併成功入選中國三大核電集團的供應商庫，以LED新光源產品替換核島內的鹵素燈等舊光源產品勢在必行。
2019年，公司在核電新市場取得了重大進展，業績實現了較大突破。目前公司仍在進一步拓寬在核電市場的業務，未來公司在核電市場的份額將進一步增長。
(二)“照明+互聯網”多功能照明系統繼續為公司添磚加瓦
公司將照明產品與互聯網技術相結合，研發具有實時數據傳輸、在線診斷、影像留存、圖像識別等多種功能的“照明+互聯網”照明系統，分為防爆與非防爆兩種系列，可以滿足不同行業、不同應用場景的特殊需求。
報告期內，公司的“照明+互聯網”多功能照明系統在油田、網電、鐵路、等10個行業廣泛銷售，實現銷售收入過億，成為公司發展的重要增長支柱。
(三)智慧照明工作系統，打造智慧工廠
公司以工作照明燈具為聯接管控對象，結合智能控制技術、無線傳輸技術全新研發的智慧工作照明系統(即控制器產品)，實現了對作業環境中工作照明燈具的照度調節、能效監測、故障告警、壽命預測、信息追溯等科學和系統的管理，降低企業能耗和維護成本，從而創建更加安全節能、高效舒適的工作環境。
報告期內，國內位列全球前50大的鋼鐵企業，北疆某500KV超高壓變電站項目，以及國內八大綜合交通樞紐之一的某大型車站等，均已進行智能化改造。
(四)新光源技術取得突破性進展
公司一直以來持續關注白光激光光源、紅外激光光源、OLED照明技術等新光源技術在工業照明領域的應用，並積極開展研發工作。
報告期內，公司研製的一款同時採用了白光激光光源、紅外激光光源以及紅綠激光光源三種新光源技術的新型激光光源燈具，目前已經形成銷售。
