萬集科技(300552.SZ)擬向武漢萬集增資2900萬元
格隆匯4月10日丨萬集科技(300552.SZ)公佈，為滿足公司全資子公司武漢萬集信息技術有限公司(“武漢萬集”)的經營發展需求，擬對以下事項進行變更：
(1)公司擬使用自有資金人民幣2900萬元對武漢萬集進行增資。增資完成後，武漢萬集的註冊資本將由人民幣100萬元增加至人民幣3000萬元，公司仍持有武漢萬集100%的股權。
(2)武漢萬集擬將法定代表人變更為胡攀攀。
(3)因武漢萬集業務發展需要，對子公司營業範圍作出變更，由原“計算機與電子信息的技術開發、技術服務、技術諮詢、系統集成、產品設計、產品安裝、專業承包、產品銷售；技術進出口(不含國家禁止或限制進出口的貨物或技術)。”變更為“計算機與電子信息、地理信息採集系統及軟硬件產品、基於位置的產品及服務系統、測繪儀器及相關軟件產品、激光產品、光學及光電子元器件的技術開發、技術服務、技術諮詢、系統集成、產品設計、產品安裝、專業承包、產品銷售；技術進出口(不含國家禁止或限制進出口的貨物或技術)。”上述信息均以工商行政管理部門最終核准登記為準。
隨着人工智能、自動駕駛產業與技術的快速發展，自動駕駛所需要的傳感器—激光雷達正日益受到整車製造商、自動駕駛廠商以及高精度地圖廠商的重視，由於其高精度的特點，激光雷達正逐步成為汽車自動駕駛必不可少的傳感器。
目前，激光雷達正進入更具挑戰性的快速發展階段：各初創型企業加大在激光雷達上的投入，上市公司在激光雷達上開始佈局，同時激光雷達產業也面臨着降成本、穩質量、擴產能的市場需求。從2015年開始，公司在路側單線激光雷達的基礎上，開始開發多線車載激光雷達，經過多年努力，已經形成了非常好的技術積累，有着較為穩定和較強實力的研發團隊，同時佈局了未來的激光雷達技術路線。在接下來的時間，需要更大力度的資本投入和資源整合，助力激光雷達的產業化。
此次增資目的主要在於補充子公司的流動資金，支持其營運資金需要，出資金額將在未來依據項目進展程度逐步到位。
