易事特(300376.SZ)擬向控股股東借款 總額不超20億元
格隆匯4月10日丨易事特(300376.SZ)公佈,為滿足公司發展需要,提高融資效率,降低財務費用,公司擬向控股股東揚州東方集團有限公司(“東方集團”)借款,借款總額不超過人民幣20億元,用於補充公司流動資金及償還銀行貸款,借款利率參照銀行等金融機構同期貸款利率水平及根據控股股東實際融資成本確定,該授權自公司2019年年度股東大會審議通過之日起至2020年年度股東大會召開之日止,單筆借款期限為自提款之日起最長不超過12個月。
