迪馬股份(600565.SH)擬變更經營範圍
格隆匯4月10日丨迪馬股份(600565.SH)公佈，公司於2020年4月10日召開第七屆董事會第十次會議審議通過《關於變更經營範圍暨修改<公司章程>的議案》。公司作為綜合性實業控股公司，其主營業務房地產開發基本由旗下子公司具體經營實施，為優化整體管控，公司本身經營範圍擬減少房地產開發(按資質證書核定期限經營)；同時根據自身業務需要，經營範圍擬增加貨物及技術進出口，企業信息及網絡技術服務，健康諮詢服務(不含診療服務)，國內貿易代理(最終以工商登記信息為準)。
此次經營範圍的變更不影響旗下子公司房地產業務的開展，公司主營業務和經營戰略不改變。
原章程第十三條經公司登記機關核准，公司經營範圍是：
房地產開發(按資質證書核定期限經營)；製造、銷售運鈔車、特種車及零部件(按國家行業主管部門批准的車型組織生產、銷售)，上述汽車售後服務；銷售汽車(不含九座及以下乘用車)；經營本企業自產的機電產品出口業務(國家組織統一聯合經營的出口商品除外)、本企業生產、科研所需的原輔材料、機械設備、儀器儀表及零配件的進口業務(國家實行核定公司經營的進口商品除外)；電子產品、計算機軟件、硬件及網絡設施的技術開發及銷售，計算機系統集成及相關信息服務(除國家有專項管理規定的項目外)，銷售建築材料及裝飾材料(不含危險化學品)；建築工程技術諮詢和企業管理諮詢(最終以工商登記信息為準)。、
