智雲股份(300097.SZ)：獲得首份醫用拭子、首份醫用棉籤生產設備的訂單
格隆匯4月10日丨智雲股份(300097.SZ)公佈，為了抗擊新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情，公司積極履行上市公司社會責任，迅速應對疫情所需，積極研發口罩生產所需的設備，協助口罩廠擴大產能。截至目前，公司口罩機項目進展順利，生產和交付在持續進行中，取得了良好經濟效益的同時，也為抗擊疫情做出來公司的貢獻。
在公司全資子公司深圳市鑫三力自動化設備有限公司(“鑫三力”)順利履行口罩機訂單的基礎上，近日，鑫三力與惠州市傑佰淨化有限公司(“傑佰淨化”)簽訂了一次性醫用拭子生產設備、一次性醫用棉籤生產設備的銷售合同，均系鑫三力獲得的首份醫用拭子、首份醫用棉籤生產設備的訂單，合同總金額(含税)人民幣3040萬元。
公司研發、生產、銷售醫用拭子和醫用棉籤自動化生產設備是為了積極響應客户需求，幫助客户迅速擴大產能。本設備銷售合同的簽訂，標誌着公司在醫用拭子和醫用棉籤自動化生產設備領域實現突破，並得到了市場認可，有利於公司相關產品的市場推廣，對公司未來發展構成積極影響。
公司在順利量產口罩機的基礎上，切入醫用拭子和醫用棉籤自動化生產設備有利於公司進一步拓展醫療器材、醫療耗材、以及醫療設備相關的自動化設備市場，進一步優化公司的產品結構，符合公司多元化發展的戰略佈局。
公司將以此為契機，同時考慮未來口罩機、醫用拭子、醫用棉籤等設備的巨大市場潛力，為了更好地滿足客户及市場需求，結合公司實際情況，公司決定在鑫三力成立醫用產品自動化設備事業部(“醫用設備事業部”)，全面負責公司與醫藥、醫療相關的自動化設備的研發、生產、銷售等等。
在成立醫用設備事業部的基礎上，公司未來將常態化設計和生產不同品類的口罩機，持續加大醫用拭子，醫用棉籤的市場開拓，並且持續觀察包括熔噴機、口罩消毒機、口罩包裝機、醫用拭子包裝機、一次性醫用手套生產設備等相關市場，並將結合自身技術能力和市場需求，實時調整相關細分市場戰略。
