田中精機(300461.SZ)：子公司遠洋翔瑞及公司董事長錢承林被限制高消費
格隆匯4月10日丨田中精機(300461.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年4月8日在中國執行信息公開網上檢索到兩條關於子公司深圳市遠洋翔瑞機械有限公司(“遠洋翔瑞”)及公司董事長錢承林被限制高消費信息。
因執行申請人東莞市大唐金屬科技有限公司與被執行人遠洋翔瑞合同糾紛一案及執行申請人上海維宏電子科技股份有限公司與被執行人遠洋翔瑞合同糾紛一案，遠洋翔瑞均未按執行通知書指定的期間履行生效法律文書確定的給付義務,東莞市第一人民法院、上海市奉賢區人民法院依照《中華人民共和國民事訴訟法》第二百五十五條和《最高人民法院關於限制被執行人高消費及有關消費的若干規定》第一條、第三條的規定,對遠洋翔瑞釆取限制消費措施,限制遠洋翔瑞及遠洋翔瑞(法定代表人、主要負責人、影響債務履行的直接責任人員、實際控制人)錢承林不得實施以下高消費及非生活和工作必需的消費行為：(一)乘坐交通工具時,選擇飛機、列車軟卧、輪船二等以上艙位；(二)在星級以上賓館、酒店、夜總會、高爾夫球場等場所進行高消費；(三)購買不動產或者新建、擴建、高檔裝修房屋；(四)租賃高檔寫字樓、賓館、公寓等場所辦公；(五)購買非經營必需車輛；(六)旅遊、度假；(七)子女就讀高收費私立學校；(八)支付高額保費購買保險理財產品；(九)乘坐G字頭動車組列車全部座位、其他動車組列車一等以上座位等其他非生活和工作必需的消費行為。如遠洋翔瑞(法定代表人、主要負責人、影響債務履行的直接責任人員、實際控制人)因私消費以個人財產實施前述行為的,可以向東莞市第一人民法院、上海市奉賢區人民法院提出申請。如遠洋翔瑞因經營必需而進行前述禁止的消費活動的，應當向東莞市第一人民法院、上海市奉賢區人民法院提出申請，獲批准後方可進行。
如違反限制消費令，經查證屬實的，東莞市第一人民法院、上海市奉賢區人民法院將依照《中華人民共和國民事訴訟法》第一百一十一條的規定，予以罰款、拘留；情節嚴重，構成犯罪的，依法追究刑事責任。
公司主要股東、董事長及子公司被納入限制高消費對象，會對公司聲譽產生不利影響，限制乘坐飛機及G字頭高鐵的措施，會影響公司高管對公司的正常經營管理和辦公效率，從而有可能對公司財務狀況產生不利影響。
