格隆匯4月10日丨樂歌股份(300729.SZ)公佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入9.78億元，同比增長3.31%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6298.05萬元，同比增長9.36%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4896.40萬元，同比增長17.19%；基本每股收益0.73元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利3元(含税)。
報告期內，公司一方面加大了研發和廣告投入，進一步提升產品力和進行市場教育；另一方面，公司為保證業績穩步提升，確保公司發展戰略和經營目標的實現，先後在全國及各省舉辦百餘場代理商大會。
1、健康辦公理念升級，市場日趨成熟。以頸椎、腰椎、心腦血管疾病為代表的亞健康狀態當前困擾長時間使用電腦、久坐辦公的伏案人羣，人們越發重視自身的辦公健康，對線性驅動人體工學產品，尤其是人體工學線性驅動智慧辦公升降桌、智慧升降工作站、智慧小祕書工作站、智能電腦支架等產品的需求持續旺盛，市場不斷成熟。
2、研發投入增加，推動產品品類向更加多元化、智慧化佈局。報告期內，公司持續加大研發費用的投入，研發費用同比增長18.67%。依託公司良好的資源整合和設計能力，持之以恆地研發新產品、新工藝、新技術，新應用，形成技術儲備的同時不斷推陳出新。
3、銷售渠道持續拓展。公司憑藉全價值鏈業務模式，加強境外市場的開發力度，促進了產品銷售規模的提升。公司為保證業績穩步提升，確保公司發展戰略和經營目標的實現，先後在全國各地舉辦百餘場代理商大會。
4、公司持續保持營銷推廣的高投入，促進了自主品牌認知。報告期內，公司境內外廣告費用佔銷售收入的比例為6.3%，基於電子商務平台的傳播優勢和便利優勢持續進行境外線上渠道的推廣以及美國市場線下機場、航空雜誌等媒介的廣告投放，提升公司健康辦公產品品牌在消費人羣中的認知度和美譽度，實現業務收入的持續增長。
5、產品結構調整，大單品策略優勢突顯。公司集中和調動市場優勢資源，人體工學工作站系列產品銷售持續增長，其中線性驅動智慧辦公升降桌同比增長133.47。
受益於上述因素，報告期內公司業績穩步增長
