東方財富漲超4%，上年淨利18.31億元，同比飆增超9成
今日，東方財富(300059.SZ)開盤發力走強，一度拉昇超6%後震盪回落。截至收盤，該股上漲4.24%，報收17.45元，換手率達6.4%，成交額61億元，總市值近1172億元。

同時，今日證券板塊整體走強，全線飄紅。其中，國金證券漲超5%，華安證券、國元證券、華西證券、中信建投、東北證券、浙商證券，財通證券和西部證券等跟漲。

消息面上，近日國務院金融穩定發展委員會表示，發揮好資本市場的樞紐作用，不斷強化基礎性制度建設，堅決打擊各種造假和欺詐行為，放鬆和取消不適應發展需要的管制，提升市場活躍度。
基本面上，今日晚間東方財富發佈2019年年度報告顯示，公司上年營收42.32億元，同比增長35.48%。其中，主營業務證券服務收入27.5億元，佔總收入65%，同比增長51.7%；金融電子商務服務業務收入12.36億元，佔總收入29.2%，同比增長16%；金融數據服務業務1.58億元，佔總收入3.73%，同比降低1.18%；互聯網廣告服務業務0.87億元，佔總收入2.1%，同比增長2.67%。

同時，據上年年報顯示，該公司淨利潤18.31億元，同比增長91.02%，扣非歸母淨利潤17.85億元，同比增長88.43%。高漲的主要原因是一方面資本市場景氣度活躍，股票交易額同比大幅增加，公司證券業務實現快速發展，證券業務相關收入同比實現大幅增長，另一方面是公司互聯網金融電子商務平台基金銷售業務實現較快增長。
值得一提的是，據今日東方財富發佈的2020年一季度業績預告顯示，本年一季度預計盈利8.2億元至9.2億元，同比增長112.57%—138.49%。

另外，報告期內，東方財富的經營活動、投資活動、籌資活動產生的現金淨流量都同比大幅增加，其中經營活動的現金淨流量漲幅最大，為11.7億元，同比增長近340%，這主要歸因於證券經紀業務、基金第三方銷售服務業務代理買賣證券淨流入增加。

值得關注的是，該公司基本每股收益（EPS） 0.2776元，擬每10股派發現金紅利0.3元(含税)，以資本公積金向全體股東每10股轉增2股。
此外，華創證券指出，在資本市場改革背景下，證券行業仍迎來持續政策鬆綁，年初落地的利好政策如再融資新規、新證券法等，正逐步兑現至券商業績中。3月22日證監會表示以註冊製為主線的創業板改革正在有序推進，相關政策落地仍值得市場期待。
同時，中信建投證券指出，在支持復工復產、對衝經濟增速下行的政策主線下，券商板塊短期內將受全球疫情和避險情緒擾動，但中長期還是沿着貨幣政策寬鬆和資本市場改革的驅動力上行。
