中國科技產業集團(08111.HK)一季度太陽能相關產品的銷售及新能源電力系統集成業務錄得零收入
格隆匯4月9日丨中國科技產業集團(08111.HK)公佈，自2020年1月起，疫情於中國等地區蔓延。中國的多個省市已採取多項緊急公共衞生措施及其他行動防止疫情蔓延，包括對中國農曆新年假期後的復工日期施加限制及控制人員及貨物的流動。
疫情爆發及所實施的多項控制措施為集團的經營環境帶來更多不確定因素，並影響集團的經營及財務狀況。尤其是，自疫情爆發至公佈日期，集團太陽能相關產品的銷售及新能源電力系統集成業務受到不利影響。由於疫情爆發及中國實施多項控制措施，自疫情爆發以來，中國境內人員限制返崗，且施工場地無法進行任何施工。因此，自2020年1月1日至公佈日期，太陽能相關產品暫停交付且自2020年1月1日至2020年3月31日並無進行任何施工。根據對集團未經審核管理賬目的初步審閲及公司可獲得的資料，集團預期，自2020年1月1日至公佈日期期間，太陽能相關產品的銷售及新能源電力系統集成業務將不會產生收入。
鑑於上述情況，根據對集團未經審核管理賬目的初步審閲及公司可獲得的資料，預計截至2020年3月31日止三個月，集團就其銷售太陽能相關產品及新能源電力系統集成業務錄得零收入。由於疫情對集團業務營運的影響超出了集團的控制範圍，因此集團的財務及業務業績可能繼續受到不利影響。
公司宣佈，於2020年4月9日，公司一間間接全資附屬公司西藏立能及公司一間間接全資附屬公司陝西百科分別與中國國有實體("買方")訂立供應合約，據此，西藏立能及陝西百科分別同意(i)銷售而買方同意購買風電機塔筒及(ii)向買方提供與採用風電機塔筒的風力發電項目相關的技術服務，代價(可根據各自供應合約予以調整)分別為人民幣1.896億元及人民幣6000萬元。交易及其項下擬進行事項預計將於2021年3月31日前完成。
董事會認為，為進軍其他可再生能源領域、多元化集團的可再生能源組合及長期補充多種類別的能源供應，交易乃與集團主營業務密切相關的可再生能源領域發展之良機。交易所得收益亦將改善集團的財務狀況及提升本公司股東價值
