格隆匯4月9日丨光大銀行(06818.HK)發佈公告,公司光大優32019年度股息發放議案,已經本行2020年3月27日召開的第八屆董事會第十二次會議審議通過。
光大優3發行3.5億股,每股面值100元,採用每會計年度付息一次的付息方式,票面股息率4.80%。2019年度計息期間為2019年7月18日至2019年12月31日,每股發放現金股息人民幣2.19616元(税前),合計約人民幣7.6866億元(税前),股息發放日為2020年4月17日。
