雙林股份(300100.SZ):一季度淨利預降1%-29%
格隆匯4月9日丨雙林股份(300100.SZ)披露2020年第一季度業績預告,預計歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1201.27萬元–1675.01萬元,同比下降1%-29%。業績變動原因如下:
1、報告期間雖受疫情影響,但公司通過各類開源節流舉措,如加快款項回收、拓展口罩業務領域、復工復產的人員優化、薪資福利調整、節省物料消耗、疫情期間扶持政策利用等,通過全員努力報告期公司整體業績保持穩定;
2、為盤活資產,優化資產結構,公司對部份固定資產進行了清理處置,以提高資產配置效率。報告期內澳洲子公司處置廠房收入1905萬元;
3、根據子公司雙林投資業績完成以及預測情況,應收少數股東業績補償股份產生的公允價值變動損益,合計預計影響利潤減少約1647萬元;
4、預計報告期內非經常性損益為874萬元,上年同期非經常性損益為385.72萬元。
