瀘天化(000912.SZ):控股股東擬將5%股份在同一控制下協議轉讓予工投集團
格隆匯4月9日丨瀘天化(000912.SZ)公佈,公司控股股東瀘天化集團擬向其唯一股東工投集團通過非公開協議轉讓方式轉讓限售流通股7840萬股,佔本公司總股本的5%。
若此次轉讓完成,瀘天化集團對公司的持股比例將由目前的18.49%下降為13.49%,工投集團對公司的持股比例將由目前7.34%上升至12.34%。此次轉讓不會導致公司的控股股東、實際控制人發生變化。
另外,工投集團承諾在2021年12月17日前不通過二級市場減持此次受讓的7840萬股限售流通股。
