中來股份(300393.SZ):擬變更部分募集資金用途
格隆匯4月8日丨中來股份(300393.SZ)公佈,由於光伏技術工藝和市場需求的不斷變化,公司對於“年產1.5GWN型單晶雙面TOPCon電池項目”的投資進行反覆論證,截至目前,該項目尚未使用募集資金正式投入。為提高募集資金使用效率,加快公司在高效電池組件領域的產能和技術佈局,公司擬將部分可轉換公司債券募集資金用途變更為“N型雙面高效電池配套2GW組件項目”和“高效電池關鍵技術研發項目”,具體如下:

變更後的募集資金投資項目不構成關聯交易,也不涉及重大資產重組。
