東方盛虹(000301.SZ)：2019年度淨利潤升67.18%至16.14億元 擬10派1元
格隆匯4月8日丨東方盛虹(000301.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入248.88億元，同比增長6.98%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤16.14億元，同比增長67.18%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤13.51億元，同比增長65.24%；基本每股收益0.40元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利1元(含税)。
隨着2018年公司非公開發行股份購買國望高科100%股權交易的完成，公司在原有熱電等業務的基礎上，注入優質化纖業務。公司主營業務變更為以民用滌綸長絲的研發、生產和銷售為核心，所屬行業變更為化學纖維製造業。
2019年，公司進行產業鏈縱向整合，收購盛虹煉化、虹港石化100%股權以形成完整的“原油煉化-PX/乙二醇-PTA-聚酯-化纖”新型高端紡織產業鏈架構，推動公司進入煉油、石化、化纖之間協同發展的新階段和新格局。
報告期內，公司已形成“PTA—聚酯化纖”業務結構，主要業務包括民用滌綸長絲的研發、生產和銷售以及PTA、熱電的生產、銷售等。
公司實施產業鏈縱向整合後，形成了完整的“原油煉化-PX/乙二醇-PTA-聚酯-化纖”新型高端紡織產業鏈。其中，聚酯化纖業務板塊的生產主體為國望高科，目前擁有210萬噸/年差別化化學纖維產能，產品差別化率達到90%，差別化細分產品種類超百種，以高端產品DTY為主；PTA業務板塊的生產主體為虹港石化，目前擁有150萬噸/年PTA產能，在建240萬噸/年PTA產能；煉化業務板塊的實施主體為盛虹煉化，目前在建盛虹煉化一體化項目，項目規模為1600萬噸/年煉油、280萬噸/年對二甲苯、110萬噸/年乙烯及下游衍生物、配套30萬噸原油碼頭、4個5萬噸液體化工碼頭等，預計將於2021年底投產。
上述項目完全建成後，盛虹煉化產出品對二甲苯(PX)將直供虹港石化生產精對苯二甲酸(PTA)，虹港石化產出品PTA和盛虹煉化產出品乙二醇(MEG)將進一步提供給國望高科生產差別化化學纖維(POY、FDY、DTY等)，形成從“一滴油”到“一根絲”的全產業鏈業務經營。
