香港醫思醫療集團(02138.HK)將根據指示暫停提供香港純美容服務
格隆匯4月8日丨香港醫思醫療集團(02138.HK)公佈，公司董事會知悉《預防及控制疾病（規定及指示）（業務及處所）規例》（第599F章）及《預防及控制疾病（禁止羣組聚集）規例》（第599G章）。
食物及衞生局局長今日根據規例藉在憲報刊登的公告發出最新指示，為期14天，由2020年4月10日凌晨零時起生效至2020年4月23日。根據憲報公告，餐飲業務須實施一定要求及關閉美容院和按摩院，及延長關閉以下第599F章的表列處所的有效期至2020年4月23日。
根據指示附件一，按摩院並不包括的處所：特區政府營辦或根據《醫院、護養院及留產院註冊條例》(第165章)註冊的醫院或留產院；軍方醫院或香港駐軍的留產院;由根據《醫生註冊條例》(第161章)註冊的醫生經營的醫務所;由根據《輔助醫療業條例》(第359章)註冊的物理治療師經營的物理治療院;由《中醫藥條例》(第549章)第2條所界定的註冊中醫或表列中醫用作中醫執業的處所;及根據《脊醫註冊條例》(第428章)註冊的脊醫用作進行脊骨療法的處所。
公司稱，集團主要從事綜合醫療保健服務。根據弗若斯特沙利文公司的資料，按2019年的收入計算，集團是香港最大的非醫院醫療服務提供者。根據公司截至2019年9月30日止6個月的中期報告，醫療、保健及附屬服務和產品佔集團收入約78.6％,集團如常運作並繼續專注於醫療業務發展。集團將根據指示暫時停止提供純美容服務(並非所有集團美容及養生服務均受到指示影響)，集團將據此申請政府資助。
為保障客户及員工的健康及安全，集團自2020年2月起已經實施以下措施，所有人士在進入集團處所前須接受強制體温檢查，任何人士倘其體温高於攝氏37.3度均不得進入；集團處所內人士任何期間佩戴適當的口罩；集團處所內提供酒精/洗手液。
董事會認為儘管已實施規例有各種限制，該等限制對集團的營運沒有重大不利影響;集團將採取進一步的成本控制措施，包括但不限於降低管理層薪金;以及集團將密切注意情況並遵守相關規則和法規，同時繼續發展我們的業務，尤其側重於資訊科技。
