格隆匯4月7日丨方直科技(300235.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入1.09億元，同比增長1.65%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3218.75萬元，同比增長161.35%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1957.94萬元，上年同期虧損271.66萬元；基本每股收益0.19元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利0.5元(含税)。
報告期內，方直科技始終秉承“人人分享優質教育”的使命,堅持用科技創新推動教育均衡發展，為中小學校、教師、學生提供與多種主流教材配套的教育資源，並按照與教學進度同步的方式提供服務。公司將研發更多的品類、更豐富的內容、更具有市場競爭力的產品，滿足廣大中小學生不同的層級和不同的階段性學習需求，使實現優質資源的常態化教學應用與推動信息化技術及教育教學深度融合成為可能。為各級教育管理部門、學校、教師、學生和家長提供以優質教學資源內容為核心，有效實現在教學課前、課中和課後的全過程服務跟蹤，覆蓋認識、學習、鞏固、評測各個認知階段的立體化綜合服務體系和產品體系，讓每個服務對象在不同時段不同地域獲得個性化的優質資源服務。同時公司緊跟趨勢優化營銷運營、渠道服務體系等工作，進一步夯實公司的市場競爭優勢。
公司一如既往的嚴格要求產品質量，積極推動以實際行動踐行“人人分享優質教育”的理念，推出的同步學APP通過廣東省教育廳的首批校園學習APP的白名單，並於2019年12月份提交教育部備案(在2020年1月已通過備案)，同步學被評為2019年度影響力在線教育品牌。同時公司也積極履行社會責任，公司向深圳市南山區的慈善基金捐贈了14.5萬套的金太陽教育軟件產品，希望通過我們的方式幫助到扶貧地區的孩子們，為孩子們提供更多豐富的教育資源，推動更多地區扶貧工作，提升扶貧地區教育教學水平，讓每個孩子都能獲得優質的教育資源，擁有同等的成長機會。
報告期，公司2019年度實現營業收入1.09億元，較去年同期增長1.65%。公司核心產品業務及其結構未發生重大變化，金太陽教育軟件的開發、銷售業務仍是公司的核心業務，金太陽教育軟件收入佔公司主營業務收入的80.53%，公司其他產品與服務及技術開發收入佔公司主營業務收入的19.47%。華南、華北和華東三個地區是公司產品銷售比較集中的區域，報告期內各地區銷售收入佔主營業務收入比例分別為55.45%、21.02%、8.64%。
