神州控股(00861.HK)牽頭成立吉林省信息技術應用創新產業聯盟
格隆匯4月7日丨神州控股(00861.HK)發佈公告，公司牽頭，與吉林省省政數局、華為技術有限公司、龍芯中科技術有限公司等單位於2020年4月7日宣佈共同成立吉林省信息技術應用創新產業聯盟。信創產業聯盟下設祕書處，由神州控股和吉林省省政數局聯合組建。
神州控股作為吉林省信創產業聯盟成立的發起單位和理事長單位，將負責日常運作、組織實施聯盟決議及信息技術應用創新產業生態發展等相關工作。神州控股充分發揮聯盟的產業協調作用，併為吉林省內信息系統遷移適配改造工作提供綜合保障。神州控股將依託吉林省信息技術應用創新成果和產業基礎，充分發揮吉林省在政策、資金、科教等方面的資源優勢，着力引進芯片、整機廠商、系統集成、操作系統、基礎軟件、應用軟件等合作伙伴入駐“神旗”信創產業基地，努力打造全產業生態鏈條，深化合作，推動合作伙伴更多落户深耕在吉林省發展；推動物聯網、大數據、人工智能等數字產業與吉林省傳統優勢產業深度融合，幫助吉林省實現數字經濟產業跨躍式發展。接下來幾年，按照國家戰略規劃發展要求，吉林省將在信創產業及新基建領域投入上千億元，這兩大領域將成為吉林產業經濟轉型升級的新抓手。
吉林省“神旗”信創產業基地暨吉林省“神旗”信創產業基金宣佈落户長春新區。信創產業聯盟將依託長春新區的區位優勢、政策優勢等，推動打造“神旗”信創產業基地。神州控股將在長春新區“神旗”信創產業基地孵化培育吉林省本土“神旗”信創品牌，打造“神旗”品牌的智能終端、服務器、一體機等。未來將“神旗”品牌深耕吉林、輻射東三省，進而在全國樹立信創產業示範標杆。神州控股將於長春新區共同推動成立神旗信創產業基金，吸引各類金融機構、產業資本，通過多層次資本合作，以“資本+科技”為主要驅動力，助力信創產業發展。
神州控股與吉林祥雲公司簽署戰略合作協議，正式成立吉林祥雲信創適配(認證)中心。吉林祥雲信創適配(認證)中心將成為由政府主導、企業主體、多企參與、各方聯動的產業支撐服務平台，並作為吉林省信創產業唯一技術標準認證中心，在吉林省信創產業聯盟的指導下，制定全省“神旗”信創技術標準和產業准入標準。該中心將面向科技企業、行業用户、政府、產業集聚區、高校和科研機構，提供統一、標準、專業的服務，為吉林省內遷移適配改造工作提供綜合保障。
神州控股正式對外發布神旗-因特睿一體機，通過基礎軟件、芯片、服務器等軟硬件的深度適配和優化，為黨政及行業用户提供高效的國產軟硬一體化產品及服務，促使IT國產化潮流加速落地。此次發佈的神旗-因特睿一體機，是一款在吉林長春生產，基於鯤鵬和龍芯兩個生態，同時整合神州控股旗下北京因特睿軟件有限公司榮獲國家技術發明獎一等獎的標準、高可用並具有豐富功能的企業級應用平台產品燕雲Daas平台，以及神州控股在政府、税務、金融、汽車、農業等行業的成熟產品和解決方案，為黨政及行業用户的差異化需求、規模化推廣及系統升級等現實挑戰提供基礎架構和服務支持，幫助最終用户將業務、應用集成在一個基礎平台上。
