皇朝家俬(01198.HK)與中建三局一公司訂立戰略合作協議
格隆匯4月7日丨皇朝家俬(01198.HK)公佈，公司已獲中建三局第一建設工程有限責任公司("中建三局一公司")告知，其將與公司訂立戰略合作協議，以促進雙方的日後合作。該協議將於雙方安排的典禮上訂立。根據該戰略合作協議：
(i)傢俱產品採購合作
鑑於國有企業中建三局一公司承接大量建築項目，其辦公室傢俱需求巨大。因此，中建三局一公司與公司計劃開展在辦公室傢俱產品採購方面的合作。公司將會根據國家及行業標準向中建三局一公司提供辦公室傢俱(包括設計及生產傢俱)以滿足其企業及項目需求，確保產品按質按時交付，以及提供現場組裝、保修及售後維護服務等。中建三局一公司將會明確其傢俱需求及與公司確認傢俱型號。同時，該公司亦(其中包括)容許正常生產週期，並根據付款安排支付採購金額，於交付時驗收傢俱成品。公平定價及合理退貨的原則適用於傢俱採購合作。基於雙方戰略合作，中建三局一公司將會向公司發出傢俱的採購訂單，而公司會提供相應公平合理價格。
(ii)展開建設項目合作
為把握近數年的發展趨勢及機遇，公司已引入科學城(廣州)投資集團有限公司的戰略投資，而後者最終擁有人為國務院國有資產監督管理委員會。
根據平等原則，公司同意及全力支持中建三局一公司參與公司進行的相關投資、融資以及項目開發及建設。
相關項目包括總部項目開發、物業發展及建設以及舊城、工廠及村莊改造及升級。合計總投資金額可達人民幣100億元。建議的項目包括集團石灘鎮及仙村鎮的物業重新發展以及後續相關項目。訂約方將會就各合作項目進一步磋商及訂立特定協議。
公司認為，該協議乃以公司及其股東的整體長期利益而訂立。集團主要從事在中國生產及銷售傢俱，而中建三局一公司為主要從事建築業務的領先國有企業，擁有營運及公司開發強大的實力。公司董事認為，若該協議項下擬進行的交易獲落實，則集團預期有關交易為其業務營運締造可觀發展機會。該協議將有助於各訂約方自對方競爭優勢中獲益，亦為各訂約方業務營運帶來協同效益。
