格隆匯4月7日丨普邦股份(002663.SZ)公佈,根據《公司第一期員工持股計劃(草案)及摘要》,本期員工持股計劃的存續期預計不超過36個月,自本集合計劃成立之日起計算,於2020年4月7日存續期滿。由於2019年度業績預告以及2019年度年度報告窗口期交易限制,同時受近期以來國內股市狀況影響,截至公告日,公司員工持股計劃委託華能貴誠信託有限公司管理的資產管理計劃所持普邦股份的股票已出售299.09萬股,仍持有普邦股份股票1288.0319萬股。
