格隆匯4月7日丨長海股份(300196.SZ)披露2019年年度報告摘要,報告期內,公司實現營業收入22.10億元,同比增長0.54%;營業利潤3.30億元,同比增長8.66%;利潤總額3.29億元,同比增長8.35%;歸屬於母公司的淨利潤2.89億元,同比增長10.03%;基本每股收益0.71元,年報推10派1.50元(含税)。
此外,公司披露2020年度一季度業績預告,預計2020年1-3月實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4000萬元-5200萬元,同比下降27.32%-5.52%。原因系:受新冠疫情的影響,導致眾多國內外下游企業停工,需求不足,銷售收入減少,同比業績下降。
