瑞幸咖啡37億質押爆倉，股價再次崩盤！神州租車“撇清關係”今日覆盤
昨夜（4月6日）美股收高，三大股指漲幅均超過7%，處於風口浪尖的瑞幸咖啡，股價卻再次崩盤，盤中一度暴跌20%，截止收盤，股價報4.39美元，跌幅達18.4%。
22億財務財務造假的瑞星咖啡，近日剛剛表示表示羞愧、公司道歉的瑞幸咖啡董事長實控人陸正耀，爆倉了！
據高盛發佈報告稱，董事長陸正耀旗下的家族基金Haode Investment因為股票質押貸款發生違約，金額高達5.18億美元（差不多37億人民幣），貸款人組成的銀團已指示作為擔保受託人的瑞士信貸新加坡分行，將對抵押品行使貸款人權利，即採取強制執行程序，涉及到76,350,094股瑞幸咖啡美國存托股（ADS）。共有5.15億股瑞幸咖啡B類普通股和9544.5萬股A類普通股被質押，其中包括由瑞幸咖啡CEO錢治亞的家族信託控制的實體額外質押的股份。
借款人由瑞幸咖啡董事會主席陸正耀的家族信託控制。此次貸款安排對陸正耀及其配偶有完全追索權。在行使其在該貸款安排下的權利時，貸款人已啟動針對抵押品的強制執行程序，以履行借款人在該貸款安排下的義務，包括將瑞幸咖啡的B類普通股轉換為ADS。為了履行強制執行，借款人或會將公司的B類普通股轉換為ADS。若所有質押股份全數售出，陸正耀於瑞幸的投票權不會減少，但是錢治亞的權益及投票權益將大大減少。
另外，在沽空機構渾水於今年初發表的報告中，已質疑瑞幸高層質押了49%所持的股票，該批股票以當時的股價計算價值達25億美元（約194億港元）。根據渾水所提供的資料，瑞幸大股東、董事長陸正耀持有約6060.6萬股ADS，當中約1818萬股已被質押；首席執行官錢治亞持有3906萬股ADS，當中約1826萬股被質押；陸正耀的姐姐Wong Sunying則持有約2461萬股ADS，全數均已質押，亦即合共約6105萬股瑞幸ADS被質押。
另外，此前受“牽連”的神州租車，早間發佈公告與瑞幸咖啡“劃清界限”，股票將於今日復牌。

港股神州租車發佈澄清公告稱，公司並無持有瑞幸咖啡的任何美國存托股份或其他證券，並無參與瑞幸咖啡的任何商業交易。
公告還稱，儘管陸正耀為瑞幸咖啡股東及主席，其已於2016年4月辭任公司首席執行官職位並改任非執行董事，此後並無參與集團的日常管理。此外，瑞幸咖啡的首席運營官劉劍已於2015年起不再於公司擔任部門總監一職。
神州租車還在公告稱，公司致力於建立並維持有效的風險管理及內部控制制度；公司的審核及合規委員會每季度召開一次會議，以審閲公司的財務業績、財務報告制度、風險管理及內部控制制度；公司財務報表的編制完全符合適用會計原則，並經公司的核數師審核或審閲(倘適用)。
同時，神州租車已向聯交所申請自4月7日上午九時正起恢復股份買賣。
