德国重申无意联同其他欧盟成员国发共同抗疫债
德国总理默克尔表示,新型冠状病毒为欧盟带来前所未有的挑战,成员国须展现更团结以度过疫情带来的经济难关。但默克尔重申反对与其他欧盟成员国共同发债,仅支持利用欧元区拯救基金协助最受疫情影响的国家。
默克尔亦表示,德国就疫情采取的限制自由流动及关闭商业活动措施,将最少维持至4月19日,目前谈论解除有关禁令乃言之过早。
《路透》引述德国政府文件报道,指德国将在解除禁制令下分阶段恢复民众生活,当中包括强制所有人在公众地方戴口罩,限制聚会人数及急速追踪病毒传播链,以进行隔离及检疫措施,该文件预期疫情最少维持至2021年。
