任志剛:英國叫停銀行派息做法令人困惑 子公司「養起」母企應考慮遷冊
任志剛接受《香港01》專訪時指,對英國監管機構叫停銀行派息以應對經濟危機的做法感困惑,坦言匯控(00005.HK)突然不派息,投資者一定有意見,但非常時期、非常措施可以理解。他又反問,兩家子公司及金管局應有何應對,可否借引英國的做法,即是香港子公司不派息予母公司?
任志剛又質疑母公司與子公司身處兩地,但子公司卻是賺錢旗艦,監管上會否存在利益衝突?他認為既然子公司「養起」母公司,總部應搬返香港。(el/u)
