港股異動 | 中集安瑞科(3899.HK)升近5% 擬採取股份獎勵計劃
格隆匯4月6日丨中集安瑞科(3899.HK)今日股價明顯拉漲,現報3.31港元,漲4.75%,暫成交555萬港元,最新總市值66.5億港元。中集安瑞科3日公告,擬1.6億港元購買不超過2%股份用於股份獎勵計劃。鼓勵及挽留合資格參與者協力對集團作出貢獻,並促進集團的長遠及持續增長。此外,公司2019年度純利增長16%至9.11億元,末期息0.2港元。光大證券指出,公司積極應對疫情,降低對業務的影響,近期大幅調整後估值有優勢,維持“買入”評級。
