賽輪輪胎(601058.SH)：新華聯控股所持公司全部股份被司法輪候凍結
格隆匯4月6日丨賽輪輪胎(601058.SH)公佈，近日，公司收到中國結算上海分公司出具的《股權司法凍結及司法劃轉通知》(2020司凍0401-02號)和《杭州市江乾區人民法院協助執行通知書》((2020)浙0104 民初1583 號)，獲悉公司股東新華聯控股持有公司的全部股份被司法輪候凍結。具體情況如下：
2020年1-2月，新華聯控股所屬文化旅遊、商業零售、景區景點、酒店餐飲、石油貿易等業務減少經營回款超過60億元。因償付貸款和債券導致現金持續流出，加之持續受到“降槓桿、民營企業融資難發債難”的影響，流動資金極為緊張，導致其未能按照約定於2020年3月6日足額兑付10億元中期票據本息(債券簡稱“15新華聯控MTN001”)。
受上述事件影響，2020年3月9日，東方金誠國際信用評估有限公司出具《關於下調新華聯控股有限公司主體信用等級的公告》(東方金誠公告[2020]73號)，將新華聯控股主體信用等級由A+下調至C。同日，大公國際資信評估有限公司出具《關於將新華聯控股有限公司主體信用評級下調至C的公告》，將新華聯控股主體及“15新華聯控MTN001”信用等級調整為C，“16新華債”、“17新華聯控MTN001”、“18新華聯控MTN001”及“19新華聯控MTN001”信用等級調整為CC。
新華聯控股目前正與相關方溝通情況，被凍結的公司股份目前暫不存在被強制平倉或強制過户風險。
新華聯控股不存在非經營性資金佔用、違規擔保等侵害公司利益的情形。新華聯控股為公司第一大股東，但不是公司控股股東、實際控制人，如上述股份被強制過户，不會導致公司實際控制權發生變更。公司董事會九名董事中有一人為新華聯控股提名，新華聯控股所持股份被凍結事項不會對公司的生產經營、公司治理產生重大影響。新華聯控股不存在對公司業績補償義務。
