《瑞銀窩輪》石油減產現羅生門 看好油價反彈參考海油購24126、中油購23294
自從上月中俄羅斯與石油輸出國組織(OPEC)談判破裂後，沙特及俄羅斯先後宣布增產，原油價格斷崖式急跌。香港上市的三桶油包括中石油(0857)、中海油(0883)以及中石化(0386)都紛紛受拖累急跌至超過十年低位。直至近日，有指美國有意與沙特以及俄羅斯商談石油問題，油價開始現曙光。週四美國時間美國總統特朗普表示沙特和俄羅斯或將每日減產最少1000萬桶，紐約期油以及布蘭特期油曾出現抽升，分別升至27.39美元一桶以及36.29美元一桶，不過後來俄羅斯克里姆林宮發言人指普京尚未與沙特通電話，油價即時升幅收窄。雖然是否有減產協議仍是未能確認，不過油價低迷是不爭的事實，反而投資者可留意油價在低位會否吸引資金吸納，以及中國步入復工，重啟環球供應鏈會否略為刺激石油的需求。
投資者如看好油股，可留意以下選擇：
海油認購24126，行使價9港元，20年10月到期，有效槓桿約3.1倍。
海油牛證56657，收回價6.3港元，20年12月到期，有效槓桿約3.3倍。
中油認購23294，行使價3.38港元，20年10月到期，有效槓桿約4.8倍。
中化認購22829，行使價4.49港元，20年8月到期，有效槓桿約6.0倍。
