港股三桶油加速下跌 特朗普被指“誇大其詞” 國際油價走低
格隆匯4月3日丨港股市場“三桶油”午後加速下跌,中國石油跌5.5%,中石化跌3.6%,中海油跌2%。特朗普今早曾再次表示,沙特和俄羅斯或將減產1000萬桶/日以上,而他希望它們很快宣佈達成至多減產1500萬桶/日的協議。原油價格今日並沒有給予相應的反應。目前美油跌5.69%報23.88美元,布油跌5.08%報28.42美元。
特朗普週四與沙特王儲穆罕默德·本·薩勒曼通電話後表示,他預計沙特阿拉伯和俄羅斯將削減石油產量約1000萬桶,原油價格應聲暴漲,一度漲超40%。但後來俄羅斯和沙特並沒有直接承認要減產,特朗普的説法引質疑。有業內人士指出,特朗普稱減產1000萬桶-1500萬桶的話明顯“誇大其詞”,而且他沒有具體説明其所指的是不是日減產量。如果按照特朗普的説法每天減產1000萬桶石油,相當於要俄羅斯和沙特削減將近45%的產量,這將是史無前例的。
