瑞幸爆雷持續發酵，神州租車（00699.HK）一度大跌70%現已停牌
昨晚瑞幸咖啡自曝造假22億元，數千加盟店店主徹夜無眠。
今早瑞幸事件終於回到了本土市場持續發酵。港股市場上神州租車（00699.HK）大幅低開，盤中一度大跌70%。公司在上午10點14分緊急宣佈停牌。截至停牌前，公司股價報1.96港元，成交額2.73億港元，換手率6.57%，最新總市值41.55億港元。
神州租車當前尚未對股價暴跌作出解釋。

據悉，神州今早股價崩盤主要和瑞幸共享大股東有關。
據同花順統計，截至去年5月17日，瑞幸第四大股東為陸正耀，持股25.75%。陸正耀同時為神州租車的大股東兼董事會主席。截至去年年底，陸正耀持有公司29.77%股票。

不僅如此，瑞幸和神州租車之間還有更多聯繫：昨晚被曝財務造假的公司COO兼董事劉劍出身於神州租車。公開資料顯示，2008年至2015年，劉劍先後擔任神州租車車輛管理中心副主任和收益管理負責人；2015年至2018年擔任神州優車收益管理負責人；2018年5月起，擔任瑞幸咖啡COO。
不止是劉劍，瑞幸整個管理團隊多出自神州系。瑞幸創始人錢治亞亦曾擔任神州優車COO。
據神州租車2019年年報顯示，去年公司收入76.91億元，同比增長19.35%；歸母淨利潤0.31億元，同比下降89.38%。

截至報告期末，公司的資產負債率為67.15%，流動比率為1.15（同比上升9基點），速動比率為1.12，同比上升9個基點。貨幣資金佔流動負債比例為74%，較2018年底有所上升。

同期，公司賬上有現金及現金等價物53.61億元，同比增加21.74億元，主要來自經營活動產生的現金流入。公司透過融資活動籌集的金額較少，去年全年僅為1.27億元。

公司當前有兩隻發行在外美元債，CARINC 6（發行規模3億美元，息票率6%，到期日為2021年2月11日）及CARINC 8（發行規模3.72億美元，息票率8.875%，到期日為2022年5月10日）。
截至最新，以上兩隻美元債報價分別較月初高點下跌14.607美分及27.137美分。
最後值得一提的是，昨日神州租車沽空金額為162萬港元，佔全日成交金額42.55%。該比例大幅高於此前一日（4月1日）的沽空比率（31.1%）。
