港股异动 | 依利安达复牌大涨逾63% 获建滔集团溢价70.47%提私有化要约
格隆汇4月3日丨依利安达(1151.HK)今日复牌大涨,现报17.3港元,涨63.21%,暂成交145万港元,最新总市值32亿港元。建滔集团、依利安达及要约人依利安达国际集团有限公司联合宣布,广发证券将代表要约人提出自愿有条件现金要约,以收购依利安达全部要约股份,要约价每股股份18.07港元,较股份于2020年3月24日价格10.60港元溢价70.47%。假设要约由要约股份持有人全面接纳及以4929万股要约股份为基准,要约价值约为8.91亿港元。要约人的全部已发行股本由建滔间接持有,拟于要约完成后继续进行依利安达集团的现有业务,并进一步拓展与建滔集团的其他业务的协同效应、物色新的发展机会及实施长期增长战略。
