華數傳媒(000156.SZ)：董事長兼法定代表人陸政品辭職
格隆匯4月2日丨華數傳媒(000156.SZ)公佈，公司董事會近日收到公司董事長兼法定代表人陸政品的書面辭職報告。陸政品因工作安排申請辭去公司第十屆董事會董事、董事長職務，同時一併辭去公司董事會專業委員會相應職務。
根據《公司法》、《公司章程》的相關規定，陸政品的辭職不會導致公司董事會成員低於法定最低人數，其辭職不會影響公司及董事會的正常運作，辭職報告自送達董事會之日起生效。陸政品未持有公司股份，辭職後不再擔任公司任何職務。
陸政品在擔任公司董事長期間，堅持創新、勤勉盡責、恪盡職守，為公司的規範運作和持續健康發展發揮了重要作用。任職期間，面對激烈的市場競爭，陸政品先生在戰略規劃、產業佈局、制度建設、團隊穩定方面做出了積極貢獻，公司保持了營業收入與淨利潤的雙增長，實現了穩健、可持續發展，併為未來進一步擴張奠定了堅實基礎。在此，公司董事會對陸政品先生為公司發展所作的突出貢獻表示衷心感謝！
根據公司控股股東華數數字電視傳媒集團有限公司推薦，公司第十屆董事會第六次會議審議通過提名鮑林強為第十屆董事會董事候選人，董事任期自股東大會審議通過之日起至本屆董事會屆滿之日止。鮑林強作為第十屆董事會董事候選人還須提交公司2020年第二次臨時股東大會選舉。
鮑林強，男，中國國籍，無境外居留權，1972年出生，中共黨員，高級經濟師，南京大學管理學博士。曾任杭州日報報業集團經管辦主任，浙江風行傳媒有限公司董事、總經理，浙江風盛傳媒股份有限公司董事長，浙江都市快報傳媒有限公司董事、總經理，都市快報社副社長，浙江華媒控股股份有限公司(華媒控股：000607)總經理、執行董事、副董事長，杭州日報報業集團黨委委員、副總經理等職。現任華數數字電視傳媒集團有限公司黨委委員、副總經理，華數傳媒控股股份有限公司黨委書記，兼任浙江省智慧城市促進會副會長。
