豫金剛石(300064.SZ)下修業績快報：2019年度淨虧損51.51億元
格隆匯4月3日丨豫金剛石(300064.SZ)發佈2019年度業績預告及業績快報修正公告，前次業績預告，預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6743.8萬元-9634萬元，同比下降0%-30%；
修正後，預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損45億元-55億元，上年同期盈利9634萬元。
修正後的業績快報，實現營業總收入約9.76億元，同比下降21.33%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損51.51億元，上年度為盈利9634萬元；基本每股虧損4.2734元。
此次業績預告及業績快報修正後披露的經營業績與公司分別於2020年1月18日、2020年2月29日在巨潮資訊網上披露的《2019年度業績預告》（公告編號：2020-005）和《2019年度業績快報》（公告編號：2020-008）的業績情況存在重大差異。主要原因為根據期後事項，以及受新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情等影響，公司基於謹慎性原則，增加預計負債確認和對存貨計提跌價準備，固定資產、在建工程和應收款項計提資產減值準備。具體原因如下：
1、截至目前，公司共涉及45項訴訟/仲裁案件，案件金額合計約44.33億元，部分訴訟尚未開庭，部分訴訟進入訴訟程序。其中公司及控股子公司作為被告涉及的訴訟案件43項，案件金額約42.08億元；公司及控股子公司作為原告涉及的訴訟案件2項，案件金額約2.24億元。公司此前披露的2019年度業績預告、業績快報中，未對公司2019年度與經營無關的訴訟案件計提預計負債。後續隨着訴訟案件的進展情況，及對相關事項的全面梳理，並經與律師團隊充分溝通後，公司認為部分訴訟最終的法律判決很可能對公司不利，基於謹慎性原則，根據相關訴訟事項的證據及估算賠償金額確認預計負債約21.76億元。
針對訴訟事項，公司在全面自查及核實中，公司將與相關方溝通協商，爭取儘快解決相關訴訟事項，同時也將會同律師團隊等專業人士積極應訴。
2、受新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情及經濟下行影響，行業環境變化對鑽石可變現淨值產生了較大影響，公司結合近期存貨銷售價格、未來成品鑽石價格走向、市場供需變化，對存貨的可變現淨值再次進行了分析和評估，基於謹慎性原則，公司測算本期對存貨計提跌價準備約10億元。
3、由於部分應收款項的對手方存在信用風險，公司基於謹慎考慮，重新評估其資信狀況，擬對單項金額重大的應收款項單獨進行減值測試，按其未來現金流量現值低於其賬面價值的差額確定減值損失，預計計提壞賬準備並確認減值損失10.30億元。
4、為應對外部市場變化，公司對產品結構進行優化調整，並相應對設備進行升級改造，可能會影響資產的未來現金流量與設備的使用壽命，基於謹慎性原則，公司會同專業的外部評估專家對截至2019年末的固定資產及在建工程進行了更全面的檢查和評估，對可能存在減值損失的固定資產及在建工程補充計提資產減值準備約8億元。
