格力地產(600185.SH):珠海市國資委擬將海投公司100%股份無償劃轉至免税集團
格隆匯4月2日丨格力地產(600185.SH)公佈,公司收到珠海市國資委文件《關於無償劃轉海投公司100%股份的通知》(珠國資[2020]79號)。
根據該文件,珠海市國資委擬將持有的珠海投資控股有限公司(“海投公司”)100%股份無償劃轉至珠海市免税企業集團有限公司(“免税集團”),上述劃轉股權的權利義務一併轉移。
此次國有股權無償劃轉完成後,免税集團將持有海投公司100%股權,公司的控股股東仍為海投公司,實際控制人仍為珠海市國資委。
