力帆股份(601777.SH)：盼達汽車提起仲裁申 要求力帆乘用車共賠償約7.98億元
格隆匯4月1日丨力帆股份(601777.SH)公佈，公司子公司重慶力帆乘用車有限公司(“力帆乘用車”)於近期收到重慶仲裁委員會送達的《重慶仲裁委員會參加仲裁通知書》、《仲裁申請書》等法律文書。因力帆乘用車與重慶盼達汽車有限公司(“盼達汽車”)買賣合同糾紛，盼達汽車向重慶仲裁委員會提起仲裁申請，重慶仲裁委員會受理了該項仲裁申請。
申請人為重慶盼達汽車租賃有限公司，被申請人為重慶力帆乘用車有限公司；
仲裁請求：
1、請求裁決被申請人賠償申請人資產損失約6.14億元；
2、裁決被申請人賠償申請人營收損失約1.61億元；
3、裁決被申請人賠償申請人交強險損失2218.61萬元；
4、裁決被申請人賠償申請人租賃停車場的租金損失198.91萬元；
5、裁決由被申請人承擔本案的仲裁費。
上述案件事實與理由：
申請人因運營需要，需向被申請人購買大批量新能源汽車(“標的車”)，雙方於2015年6月25日簽訂了《關於採購新能源汽車的框架協議》，雙方就標的車輛的購銷達成意向條款，並約定具體購銷合同由申請人及其子公司與被申請人及指定銷售商簽訂，所有購銷合同中的權利義務由申請人與被申請人享有及承擔。框架協議簽訂後，雙方及其指定公司就購買標的車簽訂了詳細的《購銷合同》，2015年至2018年期間，雙方及其指定公司共計簽訂《購銷合同》22份，購買車輛近萬台。
申請人購買車輛後，標的車在運營過程中出現電池嚴重衰減、設計缺陷等嚴重質量問題，導致大部分車輛出現故障需長期維修、甚至無法運營問題，給申請人造成了嚴重損失。2018年9月26日，雙方針對申請人的損失賠償簽訂了《關於採購新能源汽車的補充協議》，約定標的車出現質量問題需維修造成停運的，每停運一天，被申請人應按110元/車賠償申請人營收損失；申請人停運期間的交強險損失以申請人繳納的交強險年繳納額平攤至每天的費用標準計算(按整改、維修所消耗的天數作為計算基數)；標的車因質量問題不能達到約定使用目而被申請人下線，且未達到約定的里程或運營年限的，經申請人確認後，應當賠償申請人資產損失，資產損失的計算方法為：資產損失=車輛購置價格(不含税)*剩餘使用期限/折舊年限5年；申請人因停放下線車輛、故障車輛產生的停車費、車輛救援費等費用按照實際發生的費用由被申請人承擔。2018年至2019年期間，申請人與被申請人在往來函件中確認，因標的車輛出現質量問題，被申請人應賠償申請人資產損失6.14億元，營收損失1.61億元，交強險損失2218.61萬元，租賃停車場的租金損失198.91萬元，總計約7.98億元。申請人多次向被申請人催收，被申請人至今未賠償。
