MI能源(01555.HK)今早起停牌 以待發經審核業績
MI能源(01555.HK)公布,去年度未經審核業績顯示,客戶合同收入為7.56億元人民幣(下同),按年下跌4.26%,虧損收窄至6.28億元,2018年度錄虧損為11.96億元。
公司指,股份將於今日(4月1日)上午九時正起暫停於聯交所買賣,以待刊發公司的經審核2019年年度業績。
公司一直與多名債權人積極討論本公司未償還債務的可能重整,又指集團業務營運如常,且認為公司股份暫停買賣不會對集團的日常業務營運造成任何重大不利影響。(sw/w)
