格隆匯4月1日丨達飛控股(01826.HK)公佈,截至2019年12月31日止年度,公司收益12.93億港元,同比增長99.4%;毛利5.86億港元,同比增長437.2%;公司擁有人應占利潤2056.8萬元,同比減少36%;每股盈利1.7港仙。
毛利率則由2018年度約16.8%增加至45.3%,有關增加乃主要由於年內金融相關信息及技術服務所推動。
股東應占淨利潤減少主要原因是金融相關信息及技術服務所產生的收益及毛利增加;承包服務的收益及毛利減少;諮詢服務的毛利減少;應收貿易賬款及其他應收款項的預期信貸虧損模式下的減值虧損增加,以及行政開支及所得税開支增加;及金融資產及可換股債券公平值變動虧損的淨影響所致。
