贏家時尚(03709.HK)年度利潤增加44.66%至3.94億元 末期息16港仙
格隆匯4月1日丨贏家時尚(03709.HK)發佈全年業績,截至2019年12月31日止年度,集團收益及毛利分別達人民幣41.484億元及人民幣30.112億元,分別較2018年度增加64.56%及67.02%;年度利潤為人民幣3.939億元,同比增加44.66%;每股基本盈利為人民幣69分;擬派末期股息每股股份16港仙。
集團主要在中國從事女裝設計、零售及批發業務。集團主要收益來源為(a)直營零售店向終端客户作出零售銷售;(b)第三方電子商貿平台銷售;(c)向經銷商作出批發銷售,經銷商繼而透過其經營的零售店向終端客户銷售集團的產品;及(d)其他途徑(主要來自員工內部銷售或透過於集團零售店以外地方進行推廣活動的直接銷售)。
2019年度,收益增加主要由於公司於2019年7月收購Keen Reach的業績綜合入賬所致。集團制定的策略為主要透過增加直營零售店數目來發展業務及擴大銷售網絡,因此,直營零售店產生的銷售於2019年及2018年分別佔集團總收益的約78.67%及81.08%。
2019年度,電子商貿總收益為人民幣4.0057億元,同比增加92.55%,主要是由於集團透過網上零售店銷售的產品增加。這有賴集團增加了中國電子商貿平台及搜索引擎的宣傳及推廣支出,以及集團致力擴大電子商貿團隊,組建專門的電子商貿業務部門發展網上零售店。2018年度來自經銷商的總收益為人民幣2.5742億元,增長84.59%至2019年度的人民幣4.7518億元。
