格隆匯3月31日丨爪哇控股(00251.HK)公告,截至2019年12月31日止年度,收益8.16億元,增長5%;年度溢利港幣1.73億元,增長43%;於2019年12月31日,公司股東應占集團資產淨值及每股資產淨值分別為港幣115.64億元及港幣17.5元。
集團持續重點於物業發展及物業投資項目。然而,集團並不承諾將其活動範圍僅限於中國境外或僅限於物業相關發展及投資。集團策略乃由董事會經考慮市場機會、集團的財務資源及其核心競爭力後作出。集團策略為不時檢討並優化項目組合。
