格隆匯3月31日丨格林國際控股(02700.HK)公佈,截至2019年12月31日止年度,實現收益7865.9萬港元,同比下降4.18%;毛利4745.7萬港元,同比下降12.33%;歸屬於公司權益持有人的虧損1.48億港元,同比擴大86.26%;每股基本及攤薄虧損11.02港仙,不會建議宣派年度股息。
集團主要從事提供(1)保健、醫療及相關服務;(2)美容及健身服務;以及(3)綜合金融服務,包括放貸、證券經紀、證券顧問及資產管理。
