閩東電力(000993.SZ)：2019年業績扭虧為盈至1.05億元
格隆匯3月31日丨閩東電力(000993.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入5.97億元，同比增長6.99%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.05億元，上年同期虧損3.9億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤3910.42萬元，上年同期虧損3.77億元；基本每股收益0.23元。
2019年，公司緊緊圍繞公司年度工作目標，狠抓安全生產，加強經營管控，強化項目運作，紮實推進企業內部改革，深入開展“不忘初心、牢記使命”主題教育，着力推動公司全面從嚴治黨工作向縱深發展。經過公司系統上下共同努力，公司總體運行和安全生產保持平穩態勢，項目建設有序推進，各項工作取得新成效。本報告期公司實現營業收入同比增長6.99%；實現營業利潤9619萬元；歸屬母公司所有者的淨利潤較上年同期增加4.96億元，主要系本報告期發電量較上年同期增加、轉讓武漢楚都確認投資收益6140萬元及船舶行業上年末長期股權投資賬面價值已減記至0，本報告期不再確認投資損失。
(1)電力板塊
公司的主營業務為水力、風力發電，公司目前所屬十一家水力發電分公司、三家水力發電控股子公司、三家風力發電控股子公司。公司下屬二十二座水力發電站分佈在福建省寧德市除古田縣以外的其他縣(市、區)，並主要向寧德市電業局或其下屬各供電分公司躉售上網電量；公司目前擁有控股風電場4個，非控股風電場1個，在建風電場1個，主要向遼寧省電力公司、吉林省電力公司、福建省電力公司躉售上網電量。公司水電上網電量目前執行綜合上網電價為0.3524元/千瓦時(不含税)；風電上網電量目前執行綜合上網電價為0.5315元/千瓦時(不含税)。本報告期公司完成水力發電量118003萬千瓦時，較上年度增加了10.88%，完成水力售電量115600萬千瓦時，較上年同期增加了10.99%，主要系本報告期降雨量比上年度增加；公司完成風力發電量32856萬千瓦時，較上年同期增加了20.64%，完成風力售電量32067萬千瓦時，較上年同期增加了20.91%，主要系霞浦縣浮鷹島風電有限公司正式進入生產經營期。
(2)地產板塊
公司擁有一家全資子公司寧德市東晟房地產有限公司，開發地產項目“泰麗園”、“泰怡園”、“泰和園”等項目均獲得市場認可。本報告期實現營業收入506萬元(其中房地產銷售收入171萬元)，較上年同期減少了84.54%，實現營業利潤-739萬元，實現淨利潤-473萬元。
