網龍(00777.HK)2019年歸母淨利同比增長48% 教育業務確立國家級覆蓋模式
格隆匯3月31日丨網龍(00777.HK)公佈截至2019年12月31日止年度業績，公司收益取得人民幣57.93億元，同比增長15.0%；而股東應占溢利為人民幣8.07億元，同比增長48.0%；經營活動現金流入為人民幣11.76億元，同比增長69.4%；末期股息每股0.25港元（2018年：每股0.15港元）。
集團的遊戲業務收益同比增長39.4%，維持強勁增長勢頭；手遊及端遊收益亦持續顯著上升，分別取得同比增長46.8%及38.3%。在過去五年間，遊戲業務收益的複合年增長率達35.3%，同時分類溢利增長逾7倍，足見該業務能帶來持續穩健的增長。
2019年，公司旗下主要IP《魔域》、《英魂之刃》及《征服》的收益全面提升，帶動遊戲板塊表現。多年以來，集團憑藉獨有技術、專業知識及運營能力，覆蓋多個遊戲種類和市場領域，為推動遊戲業務實現可持續增長奠定了堅實基礎。
該年度教育業務同樣表現穩健。撇除2018年莫斯科的大型招標訂單（因招標屬非常規性質，故撇除該項目更具可比性），則教育業務收益同比增長12.0%。下半年，來自教育業務的收入分別環比和同比增長28.5%和14.0%。
在國際K-12互動學習技術市場上，集團子公司Promethean繼續持有最大市場份額，穩居全球市場領導地位。集團的2019年下半年業績表現強勁，核心地區尤其是美國和歐洲市場持續取得顯著增長，埃及等新興市場亦齊頭並進。在產品方面，集團樂見紅點設計大獎的獲獎產品ActivPanel元素系列，自2019年第二季度發售以來一直大受歡迎。Promethean產品讓集團得以在教室環境中持續擴建生態系統。
與此同時，在線學習社區平台Edmodo亦取得重大進展。Edmodo平台使用易、效率高、口碑佳，所提供的持續學習方式趣味性和吸引力兼具，在全世界廣受師生認可；自新型冠狀病毒疫情爆發以來，其活躍用户和新註冊用户數量更取得大幅增長。尤其，Edmodo近日獲阿拉伯埃及共和國教育部選為埃及K12教育系統的指定國家級在線學習平台，並立即向全國超過2200萬學生和超過100萬老師推行，為師生在停課期間提供遠程學習支持。
中國市場方面，集團繼續積極落實戰略，以爭取更多用户。旗艦平台101教育PPT的月活設備已突破100萬，代表龐大量老師用户羣去推動課堂環境中的教學活動。另外，公司的網教通平台為師生提供校內外溝通、教學及學習機會，自新冠疫情爆發以來，其月活躍用户已增長逾20倍。在校及在家活躍用户覆蓋範圍迅速擴大，讓集團順利推進以變現為目標的生態系統構建。
展望未來，基於招標業務、用户流量、及線上變現的持續驅動，集團對公司在2020年的教育業務前景感到振奮。憑藉技術及生態系統的獨特差異，集團對在全球教育革新的使命達成充滿信心。
