麥格米特(002851.SZ)：4家控股子公司通過國家高新技術企業認定
格隆匯3月31日丨麥格米特(002851.SZ)公佈，公司控股子公司株洲麥格米特電氣有限責任公司(“株洲麥格米特”)、杭州乾景科技有限公司(“杭州乾景”)、深圳市麥格米特控制技術有限公司(“麥格米特控制”)、深圳市麥格米特焊接技術有限公司(“麥格米特焊接”)分別於近日收到《高新技術企業證書》。
公司控股子公司株洲麥格米特和麥格米特控制系原高新技術企業證書有效期滿所進行的重新認定，根據《中國人民共和國企業所得税法》以及國家對高新技術企業的相關税收規定，株洲麥格米特和麥格米特控制自此次通過高新技術企業重新認定後連續三年繼續享受國家關於高新技術企業的相關税收優惠政策，按15%的税率繳納企業所得税。
公司控股子公司杭州乾景和麥格米特焊接系首次通過高新技術企業證書認定，根據《中國人民共和國企業所得税法》以及國家對高新技術企業的相關税收規定，杭州乾景和麥格米特焊接自此次通過高新技術企業認定後連續三年享受國家關於高新技術企業的相關税收優惠政策，按15%的税率繳納企業所得税。
此次取得《高新技術企業證書》的控股子公司株洲麥格米特、杭州乾景、麥格米特控制和麥格米特焊接將按照法定程序到主管税務機關辦理税收優惠政策事宜。株洲麥格米特、杭州乾景、麥格米特控制和麥格米特焊接2019年已按照15%的企業所得税税率進行納税申報及預繳，因此此次取得高新技術企業證書不影響以上各控股子公司2019年度的相關財務數據。
株洲麥格米特、杭州乾景、麥格米特控制和麥格米特焊接取得高新技術企業證書，是對上述控股子公司在技術研發和自主創新方面的肯定和鼓勵，標誌着上述控股子公司具備較強的創新研發能力，是其盈利與持續發展能力的綜合表現，有助於進一步落實未來發展戰略，對株洲麥格米特、杭州乾景、麥格米特控制和麥格米特焊接後續經營發展產生積極的影響。
