威高股份(01066.HK)擬發行10億元綠色債券及獲得5億元貸款
格隆匯4月1日丨威高股份(01066.HK)發佈公告,於2020年3月31日,公司與國際金融公司(世界銀行集團成員及專注於發展中國家私營部門的全球最大發展機構)訂立認購協議及貸款協議。
根據認購協議,在當中所載的條款及條件規限下,國際金融公司已同意以記名形式認購及支付公司將予設立及發行本金總額為人民幣10億元的2027年到期優先有擔保綠色債券。
根據貸款協議,在當中所載的條款及條件規限下,國際金融公司已同意向公司提供本金總額為人民幣5億元的貸款。
