《大行報告》花旗一舉升中交(01800.HK)評級至「買入」 目標價上調至7元
花旗發表研究報告指,中交(01800.HK)2019年度盈利按年僅增長1%至201.49億元人民幣,較該行及市場預期低,原因是毛利率表現差過預期。收入按年增長13%至638.76億元人民幣,略高過該行預期。
該行將公司2020至2021年的盈利預測下調8至10%,但將其目標價由原來的5.6元上調至7元,今年市盈率估值由4倍提高至5倍,原因是去年金融去槓桿的速度快過預期。投資評級由原來的「沽售」提升至「買入」。
