港股異動 | 美的置業漲逾4% 2019年純利同比升34.15%至43.05億元
格隆匯4月1日丨美的置業(3990.HK)現報20.15港元,漲4.3%,暫成交2742萬港元,最新總市值248億港元。美的置業前日(30日)晚間公佈,2019年度,集團實現收入411.39億元(人民幣,下同),同比增長37%;毛利130.07億元,同比增長32%;公司擁有人應占利潤43.05億元,同比增長34.15%;每股基本及攤薄盈利3.61元,擬派末期股息每股1.60港元。長三角一體化上升為國家戰略,粵港澳大灣區利好持續釋放年內,年內,集團長三角及珠三角合約銷售金額佔集團整體銷售金額超過50%。於2019年12月31日,集團土地儲備的總建築面積達5263萬平方米,涉及278個物業開發項目,覆蓋全國18個省級行政區的59個城市。
