格隆匯4月1日丨21世紀教育(01598.HK)發佈年度業績，截至2019年12月31日止年度，公司實現收入人民幣2.34億元，同比增長16.0%；毛利人民幣1.21億元，同比增長18.6%；年內利潤人民幣8275.3萬元，同比增長19.2%；基本每股盈利人民幣6.78分；擬派末期股息每股2.22港仙。2019至2020學年，學生總人數同比增長5.4%至32,228人。
公司專注於教育產業運營及內容孵化，並圍繞“讓內容與科技推動教育發展”的企業使命，着手通過科技賦能提升教育運營效率及客户體驗，目前擁有涵蓋全日制職業教育及繼續教育、K12課後輔導及學前教育、線上教育的多元化營收來源。公司堅持以提升學生能力為核心，致力於持之以恆為客户提供基於個性化需求的服務和解決方案。憑藉自身創新的教育體系及規範化管理，為學生提供更加友好、便捷的教育服務。
得益於公司的規範管理和高效運營，集團在學生人數、學生就業率等運營指標及收入、利潤等主要財務指標方面均取得了顯著增長。
截至2019年12月31日，公司擁有21所學校，包括職業教育板塊的1所民辦高校(石家莊理工職業學院)、素質教育板塊的6所新天際培訓學校(由11家新天際輔導中心組成)、2所培尖培訓學校、4所學鼎培訓學校及8所新天際幼兒園，並受託於石家莊鐵道大學四方學院西校區運營。於2019年12月31日，有32,228名學生入讀公司的學校，包括16,772名全日制學生及15,456名兼讀制學生。
