歡喜傳媒(01003.HK)2019年度實現純利1.05億港元
格隆匯4月1日丨歡喜傳媒(01003.HK)發佈末期業績，截至2019年12月31日止年度，收益及電影投資收入8.14億港元，同比增長366.37%；毛利3.44億港元，同比增長284.61%；公司擁有人應占溢利1.05億港元，上年同期公司擁有人應占年度虧損4.45億港元；基本每股盈利0.03港元。
2019年度，集團錄得收益及電影投資收入港幣8.144億元，較去年同期收益及電影投資收入增長3.7倍。毛利為港幣3.435億元，較去年同期毛利大幅增加。公司擁有人應占溢利為港幣1.05億元。收益、毛利及公司擁有人應占溢利大幅改善主要由於(i)集團主營業務－電影及電視劇版權投資及“歡喜首映”流媒體平台的收益大幅增加及(ii)確認以股份為基礎的付款顯著減少至港幣643萬元。
2019年度，集團投資出品的《瘋狂的外星人》及《我和我的祖國》分別於春節檔期及國慶檔期上映，口碑及票房理想，同時製作多部精彩影視作品，準備來年與觀眾見面，為集團影視業務的持續發展作鋪墊。另外，集團與包括字節跳動及貓眼娛樂等合作伙伴進行多項策略合作，以發揮優勢互補、資源共享效益，推動集團流媒體平台“歡喜首映”的快速發展。
集團一直堅信“內容為王”是影視業的成功關鍵，而傑出的導演及創作團隊則是決定藝術造詣與商業價值的核心。集團將繼續利用獨特的股權結構模式及與全球知名導演建立緊密合作關係，鎖定甯浩、徐崢、陳可辛、王家衞、張一白、顧長衞、張藝謀、賈樟柯及王小帥等華語頂尖導演，掌握中國影視原創內容的源頭，確保精彩影視作品穩定供應，滿足廣大觀眾的文化消費需要，進一步鞏固集團於中國影視行業的領導地位。
與此同時，面對流媒體平台的龐大商機及長遠發展前景，集團將繼續透過與領先的互聯網及娛樂企業龍頭夥伴(包括字節跳動及貓眼娛樂)作深度合作，為“歡喜首映”注入更多高質素的影視作品，致力打造一個大流量的精品流媒體平台，成為集團增長的動力。
